Money Agent is operated by Nuviro Labs ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use Money Agent through ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or any other supported host application.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Money Agent, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account identifiers. A hashed, pseudonymous user identifier derived from the host application's authentication. We do not collect your name, email address or host-platform credentials.
• Gmail metadata. If you choose to connect your Google account, we access email headers (sender, subject line, date) through a read-only OAuth scope. We do not read or store full email bodies.
• Financial summaries. Structured data extracted from email metadata, such as merchant names, transaction amounts, due dates and subscription details. These are stored as brief snapshots, not raw email content.
• Preferences and settings. Your onboarding answers, category rules, notification cadence and other configuration choices.
• Usage analytics. Privacy-minimal product events (for example, "brief generated" or "item snoozed") that do not contain merchant names, amounts or other financial details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate and personalise your Money Brief.
• Learn your category preferences so future briefs are more accurate.
• Improve and debug the service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
• Communicate with you about your account or service changes when necessary.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate Money Agent:

• AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to process and rank brief content. We send structured financial attributes and preferences only; raw email content is never shared.
• Infrastructure providers (such as hosting, database and analytics services) under contractual obligations to protect your data.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users or the public.

4. Data Retention

Brief snapshots are retained for up to 180 days and then automatically deleted. Preference and category-rule data is retained for as long as your account is active. Usage analytics are retained in aggregated form and cannot be traced back to an individual user.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed identifiers, and access controls on internal systems. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Google API Disclosure

Money Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the minimum scopes necessary (read-only Gmail access) and do not use Google user data for advertising, market research or any purpose unrelated to providing the Money Agent service.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Revoke Gmail access. You can disconnect your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions. Once revoked, Money Agent will no longer access your Gmail data.
• Delete your data. You may request deletion of all your stored data by contacting us at the address below.
• Access and correction. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccuracies.

8. Children's Privacy

Money Agent is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of Money Agent after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
