These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Money Agent, a service operated by Nuviro Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using Money Agent through ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or any other supported host application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Money Agent is a personal finance assistant that scans your connected email metadata to surface financial events — charges, bills, subscriptions, refunds, investments and deadlines — as a prioritised brief. Money Agent provides informational summaries only and does not execute financial transactions on your behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Money Agent. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Money Agent authenticates you through the host application (for example, ChatGPT). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your host-application account. We are not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
If you choose to connect your Google account, you grant Money Agent read-only access to your Gmail metadata. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account permissions. Our use of Google data is subject to our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

All rights, title and interest in Money Agent, including its software, design and branding, are owned by Nuviro Labs. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos or brand features without prior written consent.
Money Agent is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Money Agent provides informational summaries based on email metadata and does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuviro Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Money Agent, regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuviro Labs, its officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Money Agent at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnification) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of Money Agent after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
